Stephen Curry: biography
Stephen Curry is an NBA basketball player who plays for Golden State Warriors (US).
Stephen was born on March 14, 1988, in Akron, Ohio. He spent his childhood in Charlotte, Caroline. The boy and his younger brother often visited home matches of the local basketball team, the Charlotte Hornets, where their father played. Stephen and Seth always had some time to practice at a professional ground before a game.
The parents guesstimated that their son’s future would have something to do with sports. The boy was born into the family of the professional athlete Dell Curry who was an NBA player for 16 years. When the man finished his career, he started working as a sports broadcaster for Charlotte Hornets. Stephen’s mother, Sonya, was a member of the volleyball team at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. The kids inherited the sports spirit.
Sonya organized a Montessori school; both boys went there. After graduation, Stephen continued his education at Charlotte Christian School; he was an activist and the life of the party.
